Web-Critique Assessment

The website that im going to use is http://www.munsterrugby.ie Im going to critique this website using five different design principles.

•    User-Centric Design
•    Simplicity
•    Typography
•    White-space
•    Layout
•    Colour
•    Coventions

User-Centric Design

Users should be happy with the Munster rugby website it is quite easy to follow.there is alot of high usability about the website.

It’s very easy to follow and there is alot of fixed points on the wesite so its easy to follow and the user can just go straight what they are looking for.

For the impatient user they can just click straight away and they will get an answer.its a very fast website to load up so you don’t have to be sitting there for ages to load up.

Simplicity

There is alot of effectiveness used in this website and you can see.Munster Rugby use alot of pixels  for there interface of the website but it really doesnt give it a harsh outlook to the page.

Typography

There is quite suficent typefaces on the wesite there isnt a general differnce in any of the text used throughout the website and they keep it on one type face throughout.

White-space

There is white space used in the website.it’s generaly being used throughout.which maked it easy to read the website.

Layout

The layout is generally good there is a 3 coloum base to the website. It’s based on what you have to look for when you go on the website, what the general news is on the website and how the team have faired so far this season.

Colour
There is plenty of colour in his website there is a lot of vibiriant colours used throughout making this website look particular good.

Conventions

this wesite is great for navigating what you particular want but doesnt give any links to any other wesite other than it’s own.
